A few quick answers before you book.
How much does an EPC cost?
Standard domestic EPCs start from £55 including VAT for a 1-bedroom property. Prices rise by property size, with larger or non-standard properties quoted separately.
How long does an EPC last?
An EPC is generally valid for 10 years, unless a newer certificate is produced.
Do I need an EPC to sell or rent my property?
Most homes being sold or rented require a valid EPC. If you are unsure about your circumstances, get in touch and I can explain what you need.
Can you help me improve my property's EPC rating?
Yes. I offer a dedicated landlord service for £100 including VAT, covering an initial consultation and assessment, feedback on cost-effective measures and a final assessment after improvements have been completed. A C rating cannot be guaranteed in advance.

I am based in York and cover York and a wide area of North Yorkshire, including the towns shown on the service-area map above.
